My writing legacy

Thinking is such a wonderful act, poetic, ephemeral, magic.

Writing my thoughts down, however, seems for me like running in a swamp.

Although, afraid of the time passing, I consider this action a very important task.

Most of my thought are about the size of the universe, the concept of infinity, the amazing fact that I can think although I am just a collection of atoms, and how feelings can be so foreign and so deeply real at the same time.

"Death is the only common destination we all share", I wish during my lucky time being alive to be able to contribute to something good. So I am writing about something I know slowly a lot about and at the same time seems to know almost nothing about "the more I know the more I realize I know nothing" said Socrates.

Climate Change & Global Warming

During my PhD on plasma, I've done a online course on coursera.org on critical thinking (it's not anymore on coursera but can be found on the university website for free). I had to do an homework on any global theme I though was relevant. I need to write something clear, using references, which will be judge by another student. Looks like a standard academic letters which was not too difficult for me at that time being in the middle of my PhD. I wrote about the 2000 W society. My essay was good in my opinion, even though, due to the size limitation of the homework it was not well developed. That was done in 2014, it is now in 2021 and I worked since 6 years in an Institute doing research  on heat pump and helping industries to develop more efficient heating and cooling systems. During these years I have learned a lot about new technologies helping reducing the CO2 emission or reducing the energy consumption. I want to collect information from any source I found interesting and to go to any direction it my references and words will carry me. I will try to keep the structure readable by having enough paragraphs and a nice index at the top.

If you are reading that and I am still alive feel free to send me an constructive email. I may write something totally wrong at some point, please be friendly and constructive with your remark, I do not want to lose time being criticize without any good reason behind it. If I am dead, then I do not really care about this world or you and I am hopefully in a state which are probably not understandable for human finally spending time with my daughter and who knows having a laugh with my grand-parents.

Good lecture.
