Master's thesis, EPFL

"Characterisation of a large area planar RF source".

Analysis of a large low-pressure plasma made from RF source using helicon wave. I particularly enjoy working on the design of the multiple parallel Langmuir probe diagnostic and on the Matlab code working with.

2015

PhD thesis, University of Liverpool

"Investigation of atmospheric-pressure plasma discharges for thin film deposition"

Gas-phase polymerisation of different monomers was studied for an atmospheric plasma jet. I also made thin film deposition using the plasma jet and an PE-ALD device combined with a custom-built plasma discharge.
